An Indian Army veteran with 30 years of distinguished military service, he brings extensive leadership experience across Human Resource Management, Operations and Project Management.During his military service, he headed elite organisations and transformed them into centres of performance par excellence.

As a CEO, he transformed an IFM company into a business leader in the domain by building Quality Management Systems and Technology-based Corporate Governance. In the IFM industry he carries the reputation of doubling an organisation’s revenue to ₹120 crore, with a workforce of over 5,000 employees, while securing multiple awards for quality of services and ensuring the highest adherence to statutory compliances and protocols.

His corporate experience spans the Pharma and Advertising industries, in addition to a demonstrated leadership role in the IFM industry. A stickler for statutory compliance and ESG, he brings a strong focus on adherence to established laws, standards and protocols.

He has closely worked with and executed services for leading Corporate giants across the industry such as JLL, CBRE, RMZ Corp, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Salesforce, JPMC, Accenture, Collins Aerospace,HCL,Infosys and Wipro.

A trailblazer, in his present role, he is building processes to deliver 360-degree security cover and services by synergising Physical, Electronic, and Cyber Security measures.
