Mr. Solomon serves as the Vice President – Electronic Security Division at Eastfield Security Services Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the organization’s Electronic Security business by driving strategic growth, technology innovation, and the delivery of integrated security solutions. With more than two decades of industry experience, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening Eastfield’s position as a trusted provider of comprehensive security and safety solutions across commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential, educational, and institutional sectors.

At Eastfield, Mr. Solomon is responsible for developing and implementing advanced electronic security solutions, including surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, building automation, and smart infrastructure technologies. His customer-focused approach, combined with deep technical expertise and strategic vision, enables the organization to deliver reliable, scalable, and future-ready solutions that meet the evolving security requirements of clients.

In addition to his leadership role at Eastfield Security Services Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Solomon is also a Director of PETRA Safety and Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a technology integration company specializing in Fire & Security, Building Automation, and Smart Infrastructure solutions. His entrepreneurial journey and extensive experience in systems integration have contributed significantly to his expertise in designing and executing complex security projects for diverse industries.

An engineer by qualification, Mr. Solomon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career in technical sales, where he developed a strong foundation in solution design, customer engagement, and business development. This experience shaped his ability to bridge technical innovation with business strategy, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth through technology-driven solutions.
