With over 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Sunil Kumar Nambiar is a distinguished security and operations leader with extensive expertise in security management, facility operations, administration, workforce management, and business continuity.

Over the course of his career, he has led complex operations across diverse business environments, managing large teams and delivering high standards of operational performance, security, and client service.

As General Manager – Operations (Karnataka) at IFM Pvt. Ltd., he provided strategic leadership for regional operations, driving operational efficiency, business continuity, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

During his tenure as Zonal Head – Bengaluru at Uniq Security, he was responsible for overseeing a workforce of more than 1,500 security personnel, managing large-scale deployment, operational discipline, client requirements, and service standards across multiple locations.

His experience also includes serving as Operations Manager at Dell Technologies, where he managed operations involving over 800 direct and indirect employees. This role strengthened his expertise in workforce planning, process optimization, performance management, and maintaining operational standards within a global corporate environment.

Mr. Nambiar brings strong capabilities in security strategy, threat and risk assessment, crisis management, internal investigations, workforce development, operational planning, and cross-functional leadership.
